AquaTrainer or AquaSport...
To cater for the needs of differing strengths of swimmers and people of all ages, Hydropool have developed two swim jet options for both the 14’ and 17’ versions of their SwimSpas.
AquaSport
Recently introduced to meet the demand for the more recreational swimmer, the AquaSport has already proved to be a winning alternative to the phenomenal pace of the AquaTrainer. Designed and introduced specifically for the European market, it comes complete with all the standard specification of the AquaTrainer including 16 dedicated hydrotherapy seat jets and 2 high-power underwater lights. The swim current is provided by 3 high volume directional jets, producing resistance and lift to the swimmer when in full power, or may be reduced in speed by selecting 1 or 2 jet formations for younger or less confident swimmers. By selecting the lower buoyancy jet only, it is also possible to perform aquarobics or resistance jogging to tone the legs, thighs and lower body... a great way to keep in good shape!
AquaTrainer
The tremendous success of the AquaTrainer in the U.K over the last 10 years speaks volumes. If you’re looking for a powerful Swim Trainer that caters for the serious fitness enthusiast, Triathlete or even Olympic standard swimmer, the AquaTrainer ticks all the boxes. As used and endorsed by Olympic Medallist Sharron Davies MBE, there is no better way to train if an Olympic sized pool is unviable for your home.
Using unique patented Wide Stream Swim Jets to provide an unsurpassed less turbulent swim experience, the Aquatrainer can also be specified with 3 phase invertors to allow infinite variation in the power of the jets from 5% - 100% (approx. 0 - 6 m.p.h), allowing even the most novice swimmer to enjoy the AquaTrainer.
Due to the unique design of the built-in Hydrotherapy seats, backwash problems are eliminated by diffusing the water rather than rushing back up the sides of the SwimSpa, which tend to knock you ‘off ‘ the jets on straight ended alternatives.
As with the AquaSport, there is also a lower buoyancy jet that diverts from the Hydrotherapy seats to provide resistance excercises and aquarobics routines.
